I shall not inflict spoilers on any of you poor fools who haven't seen it yet. I shall just grin smugly and bounce up and down with glee. And not be at *all* bitter that Johnny Depp looks better in eyeliner than I do.
(am, however, sulking, cos I didn't know there was a scene at the end of the credits so I missed it. But going to see it again on Sunday, so that's OK then ^_^)
Mmm, going out to dinner this evening. I would ascribe it to Dad feeling generically benevolent, but actually it's blatantly because he wants to go somewhere with air-conditioning. They're coming to fix our little A/C unit tomorrow morning, they better be able to or I'm going to officially melt. My room's a nightmare at the moment; it'd almost certainly cool down some if I switched my puter off, but some sacrifices are simply too much. >.<
*cackles at Ivan film review bloggage* Right, that's me not going to see Goodbye Lenin then. I wasn't desperately keen to see it anyway, and that clinches it. As for Buffalo Soldiers, you may be Mr Clever, but *I* didn't see the climactic revelation coming until it did. So nyah. :-p (Assuming you mean the same revelation I do... hmm... *brain officially overheats and packs in*)
Rented The Transporter today. It really is live-action Getbackers, isn't it? ^_^ All it required was Ginji and it would've been perfect. Had to put the DVD subs on for some of it though, Slashy Cop's accent was so thick I kept missing significant plot points... *sweatdrop*

At least you have air-con. We have windows and fans all over the place and I'm still boiling slowly to death in here.
Am I sad for watching things with subtitles when I don't need them? I find reading them makes films more fun... *hangs head in shame*

I 'have' a basement which is about to be an urban battle ground!!! It is very cold comapred wiht the rest of the house. You could raid it.

Yay! Much Piratage! Though i was slightly worried when i was the only person in the cinema to crack up at the sea turtles and the rope story. I thoroughly enjoyed it as well, and i'm going to see it again. :-D And O_o damn them for putting a scene at the end of the credits! Must wait for it next time!
Also- YAY! THE TRANSPORTER! *pats slashy cop happily*
