Well, to reiterate everything every other animesoc blogger has said, Shoujothon was a great success, even if it did largely show fluffier shows that I have much time for. If it doesn't have at least one major character death, I don't normally accept it. Still, I did get to see some rather good shows I probably would never have looked twice at at otherwise - things like Magical Users Club, which was generally a standard ecchi-boy-and-inept-girls-use-magic-to-fight-evil sort of anime, but featured Koyasu-sama in possibly the campest role I've ever seen him in. I mean, he looked like Kurama, and spent virtually every line of his screen time asking whether the lead male character would do 'forbidden things' with him, and playing with his best friend's hair. *happy dance* Camp Koyasu! Camp Koyasu! Yaaaay!! He plays too much serious at the moment with Weiss Kreuz and things, it's nice to see him back at his comedy roots.
As a result of which I'm currently nagging onee-sama to get more eps. ^_^;;;
The copious quantities of Archers I consumed may have helped matters a little. Again I worry about my increasing alcohol tolerance - I should have more effects after drinking a whole small bottle of Archers than increased silliness. *sighs* Oxford, what have you done to me? This is what you get for singing in too many choirs...
Special apologies go out to Liz for my talking an *amazing* amount of crap to her at about 4am. I blame her entirely for actually knowing what I was talking about when I babble about Blakes 7 and the Professionals. B-b-b-but.... Avon/Blake! Bodie/Doyle! So few people watch Granada Plus obsessively enough to have any idea what the fuck I talk about...
Hum. Should I try to read some more Vergil before bed? Or give in to temptation and watch the new series of 24? Ahhh, life is nothing but decisions...
Oh, and random links for the day - someone with a very good but cynical grasp of world politics and a page full of random crap. Dude.

Hehe- Don't worry! I have similar rant tendencies when i find people who watch the pros as well (and even then they normally look horrified when i gleefully announce that i like Bodie/Doyle) and you have now succeeded in making want to watch more Blake's 7. eep.
