Character: Control freak control freak control freak! Crawford is the seemingly self-appointed leader of Schwarz, and his precognitive abilities give him an edge in both planning and fights. He's the only one who seems to have any control over the other members of Schwarz whatsoever, able to more-or-less keep Schuldig in line, stop Farfie going on too many rampages, and keep Nagi in a properly vindictive frame of mind.
